Shipping policy
- Digital products are not shipped, following your purchase you will receive an email with the respective file(s).
- Virtual consultation info is not shipped, it will be emailed to you within 24-48 business hours of your purchase.
- For physical items allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipping or 2 days for express shipping. Shipping time does not include processing time.
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
- Signature Requirement: A signature is required for all deliveries. Once the tracking number is provided, the customer assumes all responsibility for the shipment.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. Shipping-related issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
