Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Tiye's Tingz, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Sales Policy

  • All Sales Are Final: Due to the custom nature of our garments, services and products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We do not offer refunds.
  • Customization Standards: Each garment features one standard feather thickness and rhinestone placement unless a custom order is placed via our inquiry form. Standard designs are shown in the product listing, but as each item is handmade, slight variations may occur.

Order Accuracy

  • Please ensure all size, color, and customization details are correct before submitting your order and payment. Errors in these details provided by the buyer are not eligible for adjustment, refund, or exchange.

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Allow 10-14 business days for processing as all garments are made to order. Some orders such as prom gowns may have may have extended timelines.
  • Expedited Production: If needed, expedited production may be available for an additional fee (starting at $45). Contact us at tiyestingz@gmail.com for availability and pricing.
  • Extended Timeframes: Processing times may increase during sales or exclusive drops.

Shipping

  • Digital products are not shipped, following your purchase you will receive an email with the respective file(s).
  • Virtual consultation info is not shipped, it will be emailed to you within 24-48 business hours of your purchase.
  • For physical items allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipping or 2 days for express shipping. Shipping time does not include processing time.
  • We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
  • Signature Requirement: A signature is required for all deliveries. Once the tracking number is provided, the customer assumes all responsibility for the shipment.
  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit. Shipping-related issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.

Additional Information

  • Communication: Any production delays or interruptions will be communicated via email.
  • Policy Updates: Tiye's Tingz reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
